SummerSlam Travel Packages (“Travel Packages”) Frequently Asked Questions

When will individual tickets go on sale?
Individual tickets for SummerSlam will be on sale at Ticketmaster beginning Friday, June 18, 2021. Please revisit WWE.com for on-sale dates for all related events.

How do I buy a package?
Travel packages can only be purchased at SummerSlamTravel.com. Travel packages will be available starting Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. ET / 11:00 a.m. CT.

Can I pay with more than one credit card or pay in installments?
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Payment must be made in full through a form of payment. Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. PayPal is not an accepted form of payment.

Are travel packages refundable?
There are no refunds, no changes to the purchased Travel Package, no changes once the purchase has been confirmed; unless otherwise stated below.

Package buyers will receive a refund, with the exception of any non-cancellable expenses, if they test positive for COVID-19 prior to hotel check-in and attendance at any Travel Package event in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the travel package. Service members will receive a full refund on account of one deployment.

Are the prices per person and is there any additional cost?
Travel packages are priced and paid for in US dollars (USD). The quantities of travel packages are limited and orders will be processed immediately upon receipt, within each level of travel packages, on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Prices advertised within each travel package include taxes and standard shipping and handling charges. Customs duties, which generally apply to international shipments, are not included in the advertised prices.

Are packages available internationally?
Travel packages are available for purchase for both national and international clients. Some travelers are barred from entering the United States. With specific exceptions, various presidential proclamations restrict entry to the United States to foreigners who have been in specific countries in the past 14 days. For a full list of exceptions, see the relevant proclamations listed on the CDC website.

How old do I have to be to buy a package?
Each travel package will contain a lead traveler who will be the primary contact for the group. As the Lead Traveler, you declare that you have the legal authority and ability to enter into the Agreement and that you are at least 21 years of age.

Does my child need a ticket for each event?
Children under the age of two may sit on an adult’s lap during the event.

Do you offer military discounts?
Military discounts are not offered; however, service members will receive a full refund on one deployment. You must show that you entered active duty and will remain on active duty during the time of the Travel Package events. Email written notice and a copy of your military orders to travel.packages@wwe.com, preferably at least 30 days in advance.

When will I receive a confirmation of my order?
The lead traveler will receive a confirmation letter by email within 5 business days of confirming the purchase. If the lead traveler does not receive any email notification, it is recommended to send an email to travel.packages@wwe.com to check the status of the order.

Are changes to travel packages allowed?
Guest information change requests received by WWE prior to August 1, 2021 will be processed. Guest information change requests received after August 1, 2021 will be considered; however, depending on the type of request, it may not be approved.

What if I need to cancel after purchasing the package?
Travel insurance is recommended in the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to travel restrictions or limitations due to COVID-19, personal or family illness or injury, bad weather, etc. You are welcome to contact a travel insurance provider. of your choice for more information.

Can I transfer my package to someone else?
The contents of the Travel Package are transferable, unless specifically stated in the Travel Package descriptions. Travel Packages may be transferred provided the transferee (“new lead traveler”) agrees in writing to abide by this Agreement set forth herein. The transferor (“original lead traveler”) must submit a written request to transfer the Travel Package to the new lead traveler. The request must include the full name, postal address, and contact email of the new lead traveler. WWE will not participate in any discussion between the original lead traveler and the new lead traveler. Once the travel package has been transferred to the new lead traveler, the original lead traveler will no longer receive any information related to the travel package. You can send a seat request by email as soon as you receive your confirmation letter; however, seats will depend on availability.

How do we bring our collectible chair home?
If applicable to your Travel Package, you will be responsible, at your own expense and expense, for transporting or shipping your collectible chair from the event to your residence. Airports require chairs to be checked as baggage; TSA regulations do not allow them to take place. The chairs are the standard size of a metal folding chair, measuring approximately 18.25 “W x 19.75” D x 30.25 “H, and weighing approximately 12 pounds.

Can I buy a package without hotel accommodation?
All travel packages include hotel accommodation, with accessible rooms available upon request. If you need an accessible room, please indicate the request with your request in the Special Requests section. At this time, we do not offer an option without hotel accommodation.

Can I cancel the hotel accommodation?
Requests received by the lead traveler to cancel hotel reservations must be made in writing by email to travel.packages@wwe.com with the understanding that there are no refunds for such cancellation.

Can I confirm an additional room or extend my stay at the hotel?
If guests are interested in confirming an additional room, they should contact the hotel directly to confirm a separate room reservation for the additional room. Each person within your travel package group will share 1 standard room. Travel packages with 3 or 4 people will stay in 1 room with 2 beds.

Do I have to share my hotel room with another single package buyer?
If you are the only person in your group, you will be the only person in your hotel room. Travel packages with 1 person will stay in a single room with 1 bed or 2 beds.

What if I have more than 4 people in my group?
You must purchase more than one travel package as each travel package can only accommodate up to 4 people sharing a room. For example: if you have a group of 5 people, you can purchase a 3-person Travel Package and a 2-person Travel Package.

What happens if the travel packages are modified or canceled?
WWE reserves the right to modify or cancel the Travel Packages in any way it deems necessary or appropriate, including to address or comply with limitations or restrictions imposed by federal, state or local government orders, and other similar events related to COVID-19 that are outside of WWE’s control. WWE will notify the Lead Traveler by email of such changes. The lead traveler will be responsible for providing this information to the guests in his group. If WWE modifies a portion of the Travel Package, the modification will have the same value and no refund will be issued. If WWE cancels an event or modifies a portion of the Travel Package, WWE will only provide a refund to the extent that such refund is available to WWE. If WWE cancels a travel package in its entirety, WWE will issue a full refund. If you are interested in purchasing a different Travel Package due to your original Travel Package being canceled in its entirety, WWE will issue a refund for the price difference (if less) between the two Travel Packages. Your seat assignment, including section and row, will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis in the order your original Travel Package was confirmed.

Is there a COVID-19 warning?
There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 wherever people gather. You fully understand that COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to serious illness and death regardless of age or health status, and that no precautions are taken, including Safety Requirements and other protocols implemented by WWE, its affiliated entities and / or third parties. What are the security measures related to COVID-19?
Admission to all Travel Package events associated with SummerSlam, including but not limited to those described in the Travel Package descriptions, is subject to compliance with all health and safety policies and requirements established by WWE and Allegiant Stadium, as applicable, including requirements related to face masks, social distancing, and enhanced health screenings (which may include a requirement that you and each guest in your party must undergo temperature screenings and / or COVID-19 testing before or during the event) and those policies and requirements of local health authorities (including, but not limited to, the City of Las Vegas and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). Each person (including children) may also need to complete additional documentation or paperwork prior to entering any Travel Package event. Such policies and requirements as they may be updated from time to time (at WWE’s sole discretion) and as may be communicated prior to or during the event (either orally or in writing) by, for example, instructions provided by WWE or Staff. Allegiant Stadium or the signage in or around Allegiant Stadium are collectively referred to as “Safety Requirements.” Due to the changing nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, these Security Requirements may continue to be updated from time to time between the purchase of a Travel Package and the date of the event. You acknowledge and agree that all members of your party will comply with the Safety Requirements (including all requirements that must be met before or during an event), and attendance at each event is conditional on such compliance.

Neither you nor any guest in your group will be able to attend any event if any of the following conditions are met on the day of the event:

In the past 14 days, you (or any guest in your group or anyone else you or your guest have had close contact with) tested positive for or were exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19 ;
Within the previous 48 hours, you (or any guest in your party or anyone else you or your guest have had close contact with) have experienced COVID-19 symptoms (for example, fever of 100.4⁰F or higher, cough , shortness of breath or shortness of breath, chills, repeated tremors, muscle pain / pain, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nasal congestion, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue or any other associated symptoms with COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention); or

What are the travel requirements and do I need to wear a mask?
CDC will require all air passengers two years or older entering the United States (including U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents) to submit a negative COVID-19 test, taken within three (3) calendar days of the departure, or proof of virus recovery in the last 90 days. Airlines must confirm negative test or recent recovery test result for all passengers prior to boarding. The airlines will deny boarding of passengers who do not present documentation of a negative test or recovery.

Masks may be required at all package travel events and on airplanes, buses, trains, and other forms of public transportation traveling to, within, or outside of the United States and at transportation hubs in the United States, like airports and stations.
