Please read the terms and conditions (this “Agreement”) listed below carefully before purchasing a SummerSlam Travel Package (“Travel Packages”) from World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (“WWE”). Travel packages are priced and paid for in US dollars (USD). The quantities of travel packages are limited and orders will be processed immediately upon receipt, within each level of travel packages, on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Prices advertised within each travel package include taxes and standard shipping and handling charges. Customs duties, which generally apply to international shipments, are not included in the advertised prices.

Payment must be made in full through a form of payment. Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Bank-issued debit cards are acceptable if they have a credit card logo; check with your bank to verify.

Travel packages are available for purchase for both national and international clients. Some travelers are barred from entering the United States. With specific exceptions, various presidential proclamations restrict entry to the United States to foreigners who have been in specific countries in the past 14 days. For a full list of exceptions, see the relevant proclamations listed on the CDC website.

Each travel package will contain a lead traveler who will be the primary contact for the group. As the primary traveler, you represent that you have the legal authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are at least 21 years of age. Travel packages will be confirmed in the lead traveler’s name, including hotel reservation. All information will be communicated by email directly to the lead traveler. The lead traveler will receive a confirmation letter by email within 5 business days of confirming the purchase. It is very important that the lead traveler reviews all the information in the confirmation letter and advises if any information is incorrect; such as package type, number of guests and shipping address. If the lead traveler does not receive any email notification, it is recommended that an email be sent to to check the status of the order. Once the purchase is confirmed, only the lead traveler can request changes; such as, guest names, shipping address, phone number, and email contact. If change requests are received from guests within the group, they will be informed that only the lead traveler can request such changes.

There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 wherever people gather. You fully understand that COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to serious illness and death regardless of age or health status, and that no precautions are taken, including Safety Requirements and other protocols implemented by WWE, its affiliated entities and / or third parties. The parties (including but not limited to federal and state government agencies and local health authorities) can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19. You and each of your guests assume all risks, dangers and dangers that arise or are related in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a contagion. Admission to all Travel Package events associated with SummerSlam, including but not limited to those described in Section 7 immediately below, is subject to compliance with all health and safety policies and requirements set forth by WWE, Allegiant Stadium, Virgil’s Real Barbeque restaurant, The Strat, High Roller observation wheel, and Las Vegas area hotel, as applicable, including requirements related to face masks, social distancing, and enhanced health assessments (which may include requirement that you and each guest in your group temperature screened and / or tested for COVID-19 before or during the event) and those policies and requirements of local health authorities (including, but not limited to, the City of Las Vegas and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). Each person (including children) may also need to complete additional documentation or paperwork prior to entering any Travel Package event. Such policies and requirements as they may be updated from time to time (at WWE’s sole discretion) and as may be communicated prior to or during the event (either orally or in writing) by, for example, instructions provided by WWE or Staff. of Allegiant Stadium or the signage in or around Allegiant Stadium, are collectively referred to as the “Safety Requirements.” Due to the changing nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, these Security Requirements may continue to be updated from time to time between the purchase of a Travel Package and the date of the event. Seat assignments, including section and row, are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based on the level of the travel package, in the order in which the purchase is confirmed. Championship Package customers will be notified by email in which section and row their SummerSlam tickets are located within 3 business days of confirmation of purchase. Customers of all other travel package offers will be notified by email of specific seat assignments prior to SummerSlam weekend, as explained below.

The seating locations described in the Travel Packages are subject to change without notice. In the event that tickets are no longer available at the seat locations within the Travel Package description, WWE will notify you via email to offer alternative tickets, resulting in different seat locations. WWE reserves the right to upgrade your tickets to a different location at no additional cost to you. Even after seat locations are notified, WWE reserves the right to adjust the section and row of seat assignments within the corresponding levels of the Travel Package to maintain efficient seat payout and adapt to changing conditions. , which may affect event production, seating and customer safety, including without limitation, changes to the event preparation area or venue design.

Accessible seating is available in designated areas for the venue. The contents of the Travel Package are transferable, unless specifically stated in the Travel Package descriptions. Travel Packages may be transferred provided the transferee (“new lead traveler”) agrees in writing to abide by this Agreement set forth herein. The transferor (“original lead traveler”) must submit a written request to transfer the Travel Package to the new lead traveler. The request must include the full name, postal address, and contact email of the new lead traveler. WWE will not participate in any discussion between the original lead traveler and the new lead traveler. Once the travel package has been transferred to the new lead traveler, the original lead traveler will no longer receive any information related to the travel package. If the Travel Package has already been shipped, it is the sole responsibility of the original lead traveler, at their own expense and expense, to properly ship the Travel Package to the new lead traveler.

Travel packages include hotel accommodations located within the Las Vegas area. The precise location will be provided to the lead traveler 1 month prior to the event. Each person in your group will share 1 standard room for 2 nights with check in on Friday, August 20, 2021 and check out on Sunday, August 21, 2021

All hotel accommodations are confirmed as part of a room block specifically reserved for tour package groups. Guests may not be able to confirm a room reservation directly with the hotel until 24 hours prior to arrival. All room reservations will be confirmed in the lead traveler’s name. As WWE works closely with the hotel to confirm all room reservations, guests will not be able to contact the hotel to request changes to room reservations confirmed by WWE. If changes are required, the lead traveler should email a request to Hotel accommodations are subject to compliance with all policies, procedures, directives, and requirements related to COVID-19 in effect at each respective hotel.

Due to inventory demand, specific bed type requests cannot be made in advance. Travel packages with 1 person will stay in a single room with 1 bed or 2 beds. Travel packages with 2 people will stay in a double room with 1 bed or 2 beds. Travel packages with 3 people will stay in a triple occupancy room with 2 beds. Travel packages with 4 people will stay in a quadruple room with 2 beds. If the room is already assigned with 2 beds, any request for additional beds; such as a rollaway bed or crib will not be accepted due to hotel fire code policies.

If guests are interested in confirming an additional room, they should contact the hotel to confirm a separate room reservation for the additional room. If guests are interested in extending their stay at the hotel, they must contact the hotel to confirm a separate room reservation for the additional nights. Separate room reservations are subject to hotel availability and are not part of the Travel Package room block; hotels will charge the normal room rate, which guests are responsible for paying directly to the hotel.

Requests received by the lead traveler to cancel hotel reservations must be made in writing by email to with the understanding that there are no refunds for such cancellation.

Travel packages do not include airline tickets, unless specifically stated in the package descriptions. The closest major airport is McCarran International Airport (LAS). This airport has national and international flights. The travel packages do not include parking at the hotel or at the venues. Travel packages do not include food or beverages, or discounts for food or beverages, unless specifically stated in the package descriptions. If applicable to your Travel Package, you will be responsible, at your own expense and expense, for transporting or shipping your collectible chair from the event to your residence. Airports require chairs to be checked as baggage; TSA regulations do not allow them to take place. WWE will not issue any refund or compensation for delays, including but not limited to travel rules / restrictions or quarantine requirements related to COVID-19, traffic conditions, vehicle malfunction, or weather conditions, as these Circumstances are bound to happen and are out of control. from WWE.

WWE does not independently verify information provided by Package Tour buyers and is not responsible for any false information. False information will result in denial of entry to all Travel Package events and cancellation of hotel accommodation without compensation. During any Package Tour event, if a person engages in threatening, illegal, dangerous, unsafe behavior or with the intent to harass, abuse or harm any other person, WWE reserves the right to expel such person without refund. . This includes anyone who fails or refuses to comply with the Safety Requirements outlined in Section 6 or any other COVID-19 related directive, requirement or protocol communicated by WWE in conjunction with any Travel Package event.

All air passengers arriving in the United States, including U.S. citizens and fully vaccinated individuals, must have a negative COVID-19 test result or COVID-19 recovery documentation before boarding a flight to the United States. . Check the CDC website for current information.

Masks may be required at all package travel events and on airplanes, buses, trains, and other forms of public transportation traveling to, within, or outside of the United States and at transportation hubs in the United States, like airports and stations.

There are no refunds, no changes to the purchased Travel Package, no changes once the purchase has been confirmed; unless otherwise stated below.

Package buyers will receive a refund, with the exception of any non-cancellable hotel expenses, if they test positive prior to hotel check-in and attendance at any travel package event. If WWE modifies a portion of the Travel Package, the modification will have the same value and no refund will be issued. If WWE cancels an event or modifies a portion of the Travel Package, WWE will only provide a refund to the extent that such refund is available to WWE. If WWE cancels a travel package in its entirety, WWE will issue a full refund. If you are interested in purchasing a different Travel Package due to your original Travel Package being canceled in its entirety, WWE will issue a refund for the price difference (if less) between the two Travel Packages.
